Normal Arm (Mesmorphic) Versus weak arm (ectomorphic)
Image A above, depicts a generic bicep system interacting with the tendons and arm bones. I drew it for those of you who have never seen how an arm works and by what action it flexes. Image B1 and B2 show something quite different. B1 Shows a normal arm, and its an attractive arm. It has a bicep that naturally extends right down the upper arm, right to the pivot point (the fulcrum) which is the point at which the arm bends. If your a guy who naturally has this characteristic, the chicks will dig you man. However, image B2 shows how some of us have short biceps that end about 2 inches short of the fulcrum, and where the bicep ends, the rest of the distance over the fulcrum and to the attachment point at the forearm bone, is covered by tendon. The main point here, is that vigorous exercise and lifting weights and body building,. will not make the bicep of anyone with characteristics in image B2 grow longer even one centimeter. No one seems to understand this and it pisses me off greatly to the extent I needed to put it in the public domain for all to see and comprehend.
